Pricing & Packages
What a tier includes, what it costs, and how billing works.
Your website is included in your monthly tier — you don’t buy it separately. Tier 1 ($350/mo) includes a 5-page website, Tier 2 ($650/mo) a 10-page website with dedicated service pages, and Tier 3 ($1,200/mo) a full 20-page website with location pages. A one-time setup fee applies when you start. Every build is custom, mobile-first, and wired for local search and lead capture, and most sites are live in about a week.
The tier is the engine after launch: website care and hosting, Google Business Profile management, reviews, blog content, branded social posts, and lead follow-up automations — scaled by tier — so the site keeps working instead of sitting there.
No. The tiers are month-to-month, cancel anytime.
No. Our $500/month-per-platform fee covers strategy, creative, management, and optimization. Your ad spend goes directly to Meta or Google from your own account — we never mark it up, and you can see exactly where every dollar goes.
We don’t sell standalone websites, because a website by itself doesn’t do the job — somebody has to keep it updated, visible, and answering leads. Tier 1 is the starting point: it includes the build and keeps the foundation working.
Your Website
What we build and how it’s built to bring in calls.
We build around the business, not around a generic template. The site is structured around your services, service areas, customers, and the actions you want people to take. We also build the foundation for local search and lead capture into the site from the start.
Yes. We build with the phone experience in mind from the beginning. Your customers are often looking for a contractor while they are out, on a job, or standing in their driveway. The site needs to be easy to navigate, read, and contact from a phone.
We build the website with a local search foundation. That includes clear service pages, useful page structure, relevant content, internal connections between pages, and the information search engines need to understand what your business does and where you work. We don’t guarantee a specific Google ranking.
Yes. We build clear contact paths into the site, including click-to-call and lead forms. Forms can also be set up to collect the information you need from a new lead instead of simply giving someone a blank contact box.
We can look at what you already have before recommending a rebuild. If the current site can do the job with the right changes, we’ll tell you. If it is holding the business back, we’ll show you what we’re seeing. If we can’t help, we’ll tell you.
No. A website can make it easier for customers to understand your business and contact you, but nobody can honestly guarantee a specific number of leads or results. We focus on building the parts of the website we can actually control.
Google, Reviews & Lead Follow-Up
What happens after launch, every month.
It depends on your tier, but the management work covers the ongoing pieces around your online presence: website care and hosting, Google Business Profile, reviews, content, and lead follow-up.
It is the business listing that can appear when someone searches for your company or a local service on Google. It can show information such as your business name, phone number, hours, website, reviews, and location.
The Map Pack is the local section of Google’s search results that shows businesses on a map alongside local business listings. It is often one of the first things a customer sees when searching for a service nearby.
That’s the goal. We help keep review responses from becoming something that gets forgotten, so customers can see that the business is paying attention to their feedback.
A negative review still deserves a thoughtful response. We focus on responding professionally and addressing the customer’s concern without turning the response into an argument.
On Tier 2 and Tier 3, yes — automated review requests go out after each job. Every tier also includes a review request kit (QR code assets + ask strategy), so you have a simple, practical way to ask customers in person too.
The submission triggers four notifications: an SMS and email to the owner, followed by an SMS and email to the lead. You get the information you need, and the customer knows their request went through.
Missed-call text-back can provide a quick acknowledgment after a missed call, giving you a chance to get back to the customer while the conversation is still fresh.
Meta & Google Ads
How ad management works and where your ad spend goes.
Yes. We work with both Meta and Google, depending on the campaign and where the business needs to reach potential customers. Ad management is $500/month per platform, or $1,000/month for both.
No. Your ad spend goes directly to Meta or Google from your own account — we never mark it up. Our fee covers strategy, creative, management, and optimization.
Every Ad Management campaign includes a dedicated landing page built for that campaign, so the ad sends people somewhere focused on the offer instead of a general page. Standalone ad management still requires a website we can send traffic to — if the site can’t convert, we’ll say so.
No. We don’t guarantee a specific number of leads, clicks, or results. We focus on building and managing the campaign and improving the parts we can actually control.
We start with the business, the services you’re selling, the areas you serve, and how potential customers are likely to find you. From there, we build the campaign around that information.
Getting Found On Google
How local SEO works for contractors.
Local SEO helps your business appear when people search for the services you provide in the areas you serve. We work on your website, site structure, and local signals so search engines can better understand your business and its service areas.
We work on the parts of your online presence that support local visibility, including service pages, location pages, page content, internal links, site structure, and local signals.
A website gives customers somewhere to learn about your business, but having a website does not automatically make it easy to find in search. We look at how your pages are organized, what they communicate, and how clearly they connect your services to the areas you serve.
No. Search rankings depend on many factors outside anyone’s control, so we don’t promise a specific position or timeline. We focus on building a strong foundation and improving the parts of your online presence we can actually control.
SEO is not usually a one-time task. Your website, services, locations, competitors, and search landscape can change over time. Ongoing work helps keep the foundation maintained and gives us a chance to improve it as your business changes.
